A wedding at Venue 324 is the whole weekend. You have the building from Friday at 10 AM until Sunday at 10 AM, so you can decorate, rehearse, celebrate, and clean up without renting a second day.

Yes. Venue 324 has a full caterer's prep kitchen with a walk-in cooler, and you are free to bring the caterer of your choice. There is no required catering list, though we keep a short list of local vendors we trust if you would like a starting point. The kitchen suits buffet service, plated dinners or grazing tables.

Yes. Our team handles the deep clean both before and after your event. On the night, all you do is take out the trash and collect your personal items — you are not mopping a floor at one in the morning.

Tables and chairs are included and staged on carts, so your team can arrange them to your floor plan. If you would rather arrive to a finished room, add Full Setup + Breakdown and our team sets every table and chair to your approved layout before you arrive and breaks them down afterward. Table linens can be added too.

There are parking options nearby in downtown Jefferson City. The address is an easy one for out-of-town guests to find, a block from the Missouri State Capitol.

Yes. The courtyard is covered and lit with bistro lighting, and heaters are available seasonally, so it stays usable well outside the summer months.

Venue 324 provides the bar equipment and the serving bar. You bring your own licensed bartender to pour.

Yes. Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests are included: 220 chairs, 8 ft rectangle tables, 6 ft round tables, cocktail tables and bistro tables. Table linens and full setup and breakdown can be added to your booking, and every event gets a personalized overhead layout.

Yes. Venue 324 has a covered open-air courtyard with bistro lighting, in addition to the indoor dining hall with its tall ceilings and exposed stone.

Music ends by 1 AM. Vehicles need to be out of the lot by 10 AM the following morning, and keys come back the next business day.

There is no smoking inside, and no confetti, glitter, or sparklers anywhere on the property. Nothing may be attached to the walls with tape or staples. These rules keep a historic building in the shape the next couple deserves to find it in.

Venue 324 hosts weddings and receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, fundraisers, celebrations of life, graduation parties, corporate events and worship nights. The space seats up to 200 for any of them.

Asking about a date does not hold it. A date is only yours once there is a signed agreement and the retainer is paid — until then it stays open on the calendar for anyone else who asks.

Your $950 retainer is what takes your weekend off the calendar — once it is paid, Venue 324 turns every other couple away from your date, so it is not refundable if you cancel. It is not spent, either: after your event, assuming no damage, the full $950 comes back to you within 10 business days of checkout.

It depends how far ahead you tell us. More than 180 days before your event, Venue 324 refunds everything you have paid toward rent beyond the $950 retainer. Between 90 and 180 days out, we refund half of those rental payments, or you can move everything you have paid to another open date within 12 months. Inside 90 days rental payments are not refunded, because by then the weekend can no longer be offered to anyone else.
