If you send an enquiry, we keep what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, the kind of event you’re planning, your guest count, the date you’re interested in, and any message you add. That’s all — we don’t ask for anything we don’t need to answer you.
Looking at the availability calendar collects nothing about you.
We use it to reply to you and to plan your event. Nothing else. That reply may come by phone call, text message, or email, whichever you gave us and whichever seems quickest — tell us if you’d rather we used one and not the others. We don’t sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Enquiries are stored in our booking system, hosted on Supabase in the United States, and are readable only by Venue 324 staff. The site itself is hosted by Vercel. We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that counts page visits in aggregate — it doesn’t identify you or follow you around the web.
Enquiries that don’t turn into bookings are kept while they might still be useful and then deleted. Records for events we actually host are kept as long as we need them for contracts, payments and taxes.

This site is meant for adults booking events. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
